Information we handle
When you submit the growth consultation form, we collect the contact and business information you provide: name, email, phone number, company, website, country, objective, budget range, requested services and project details. We also handle basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request time, IP address and browser user-agent.
If you allow optional measurement, our first-party analytics records a random anonymous visitor ID, a 30-minute session ID, approximate country/region/city, pages and sections viewed, calls to action used, form progress without field contents, referral or UTM source, and broad device/browser information. Raw IP addresses and device fingerprints are not stored in the analytics database.
If you consent to marketing measurement, Meta technologies may use browser identifiers and recognized contact fields for attribution and matching. Our server integration sends selected matching information—email, phone number and an internal lead identifier in SHA-256 hashed form—together with country code, selected service category, IP address, user-agent and Meta browser identifiers when available. Free-text project details are not sent to Meta through our server integration.
Why we use it

- To operate the Norvex IT lead pipeline and maintain business records.
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- With your permission, to measure advertising performance, attribute completed enquiries and improve campaign delivery.
- To meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.
Retention and your choices
Lead information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate records and meet legal requirements. Anonymous first-party analytics currently uses a 90-day default retention period, configurable by the administrator, after which old sessions and events are removed. Security and advertising providers may apply different periods.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing measurement consent does not affect processing that occurred while consent was valid. Use the cookie preferences button at any time to change your tracking choice.
Contact and updates
To make a privacy request, use the growth consultation form and write “Privacy request” at the start of the project details. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We may update this notice when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
